Questions before you move?
Can you pack everything for us?
Ask for the Bespoke Complete Move. We'll discuss how many belongings you have, which items need additional protection and which packing materials are required. Specialist and unusually valuable items will be assessed individually.
Do you offer a free quote?
Yes. Tell us your moving date, locations, property size and the help you need. We may ask for photographs, a video survey or a property visit before confirming a written price.
Can you dismantle and rebuild furniture?
We can quote for suitable beds, wardrobes and other furniture that can safely be dismantled and reassembled. Let us know what you need in your enquiry.
Can you arrange storage between moves?
Tell us how long you need storage for and approximately how much space you need. We can discuss available options and their cost as part of your quotation; storage is not automatically included in a moving package.
Are my belongings covered while being moved?
Ask us about the applicable insurance arrangements, any cover limits or exclusions, and our terms before confirming a booking. Details will be provided with your written quotation and booking paperwork.
